@tfigs121 All good now. Tricky couple of months, my parents both ended up seriously ill in hospital. Mum a couple of days before Xmas, Dad a few days after. Arthur passed away at that time too. Parents are home now and getting stronger. I'm not the best carer in the world but I'm trying 😆

I've astounded myself and have reached week 9 of Couch25k. I'm now running for 28 minutes and loving it. Huge thanks to @MickPuck for the pep talk ages and ages ago. I've never forgotten it, and l finally found the confidence to start running 8 weeks ago.

@DragonflyHypno @MickPuck It took me ages to find the runner in me. I started walking every evening back in May and then started running in August. I'm running 3 times a week now for 40 minutes each time. I finally feel confident enough to run anywhere, rather than just through the woods at dusk!
