It's taken a length of time to have anyone respond to me. I had seen a promotion and it disappeared fast and I feel that being a client in the past that I should be able to still get that same one looking it up and was being that your CEO Can you help me ?

@FedExHelp I have sent in a request because my package was delayed and it was promised on a Saturday and it didn’t arrive until the following Monday. It was important for it to get there. I found it filed a claim like I was instructed to do and they denied it I need you lookclaim
