@TicketmasterME @Ticketmaster After waiting for a whole day in the queue, starting at 120k, I finally was able to reach the option to buy tickets but it doesn't show which ones are sold out. Simply my purchase is blocked and that there aren't enough ticket types available. WTH!

People, especially pregnant women, have no option but to travel in crowded trains with people who have no option but to be in packed compartments. The seats are basically unreachable so we cannot even utilize the priority seats being made available (2/n)

Therefore, please increase the train frequency, especially during rush hour. It’s very difficult for us those who have to travel to extreme ends. I appreciate the work done to get it became on track but please, get the frequency to what it was before. @rta_dubai

@rta_dubai there was space for another person to get in but this lady pushed her out just before the door closed. Train 5012, 6:32 at Al Khail metro. Reporting it because she wasn’t letting me on as well and was being aggressive unnecessarily. After me, three others got in (2/2)

@rta_dubai Please increase the frequency of the metro during rush hour. We used to be able to get near the seats before the rains but now we’re getting stuck at the door from Al Khail. Today, a woman pushed another one out just because she couldn’t adjust a little. (1/2)

@rta_dubai, since the past 30 mins only three trains have passed by Al Khail and it’s impossible to get in. For people going beyond Business Bay, it’s a frustrating deal. I appreciate the work being done to get the metros back on track but please increase the train frequency
