Enjoyed the Pongal themed gala dinner at CM Ashtamudi. Liked the Chef's choice of authentic sweets.. Palada, Parippu payasam, ada pradhaman. Also enjoyed breakfast - puttu, pongal, dosa. Cuisine at its cultural best!

@anandmahindra. Enjoyed Pongal themed gala dinner at Club Mahindra, Ashtamudi. The Chef had kept a wide range of authentic sweets like Palada, Parippu payasam, ada pradhaman, coconut rice payasam to name a few.
Also enjoyed authentic breakfast which included puttu and idiappam.
