So uh, do you all remember the small yappy dog who lives in the apartment opposite me and barks wherever I sit outside on my balcony? The one I've had a war of attrition with twice now, but am actually quite fond of?

Well, it's 11:30pm on a Thursday, and there is someone standing outside our apartment buildings, and the dog is barking at him, and he is yelling "woof woof" ("wan wan") back up at it. The small dog is not delighted by this and further barking is ensuing.
