@LEX18News When you try to request next 2 week payment, it says you need to refile your claim. No one is saying what to do when you get this message. They just say don't refile.

@JenniferDuh1 @philtvnews @WKYT After being on hold 2 hours and 15 minutes. The lady said the system is giving the refile your claim message to most people. I wish they could get this fixed correctly. It's hard to know what to do.

@hagerrann @philtvnews @WKYT No. All it says at this point is that I started my claim as of 4/19. That was my 2nd renewal request date.
