This quote from Steve Jobs lives rent free in my head...
"People who are genuinely great at something don't compete. They don't care about being compared to others because they're so deep in their own lane that comparison would be a waste of time. They just do their thing."
Today we’re launching https://t.co/3PmkMcWHNN, a single front door to the federal government.
Instead of opening a bunch of tabs across different agency sites and trying to figure out which information actually matters to you, you can ask America a question and get the relevant answer from across 29,000+ official government websites, with the source and what to do next.
Our diverse workforce is the beating heart of the American economy. Today we all celebrate the ingenuity, capability, and productivity of the American worker and the labor organizations that support them. Happy Labor Day!
Dolly Parton, the country music icon whose larger-than-life personality and legendary songs made her one of America’s most beloved entertainers, has passed away. She was 80.
Parton died peacefully Tuesday in Nashville, according to her family. A cause of death was not immediately released.
From humble beginnings in Tennessee to hits like “Jolene” and “9 to 5,” Parton built a seven-decade career spanning music, movies, television and philanthropy, becoming a country legend and global superstar along the way.
"Dolly has lived in the light, and is in the arms of Jesus, surely met by Carl, her parents, and countless others who have watched her and longed for her to meet them in the heavens,” her nephew Bryan Seaver said the family's video announcement of her passing.
Over the past year I've been developing ClusterHouse U.S., a concept that grew out of earlier work in innovation ecosystems and was commercialized in 2026. I circulated materials to a limited number of investors and organizations, including submitting an accelerator application in May 2026 and continued developing the concept through detailed platform architecture, renderings and site evaluations.
Recently, I saw another company announce a concept that overlaps in meaningful ways with aspects of my work and that company was funded at the same level I outlined as an early estimate for the Seed phase in my pitch materials. I am currently documenting the chronology and seeking to understand whether my materials remained within their intended recipients or were shared more broadly.
If anyone has relevant information about the development timeline or potential disclosure path, I'd appreciate hearing from you confidentially. I'm currently in the process of moving my domains to another provider, so the best place to reach me is [email protected] for the moment.
Best,
Shauna
