Attended a #ux#facilitation training workshop Saturday led by Bill Hughey, Jaeyeon Lee, & Haley Henderson from Honeywell. Learned a variety of tools, methods, & best practices to use to run successful workshops & meetings that result in alignment & action. Such an awesome event!
One of my design beliefs: Job #1 of design is to identify, create, and leverage patterns in service of reducing cognitive load.
Humans are pattern-seekers who tune out non-critical info. Embrace patterns to afford a calm focus for audiences digesting complex information.
