@melancoptimist@GroyperGiant Not intended to be left open to interpretation, but certainly is. Lots of different smart people disagree on interpretation. To say that your interpretation is the only one that’s valid is ridiculous.
@melancoptimist@GroyperGiant This was actually the chapter I was referring to. In my interpretation, it comes off as Jesus being unafraid and courageous in the face of death, not afraid.

Isn’t it saying the opposite? That he was courageous, brave, and unafraid in the face of agonizing death?
