@anfieldonline What annoyed me most was that they changed the criteria for cup matches the season after they did PL. If they used the same criteria as PL matches I would get every cup game but no they changed it so once again I got nothing.

@RAIL so it seems @AvantiWestCoast are perfectly happy to remove a train from their timetable and not inform the ticket holders. Having booked a standard premium table for two due to recovering from knee surgery their response was to find a seat in coach U on an earlier train.

@AvantiWestCoast Notwithstanding the fact that had I turned up just in time to catch the booked train I would not be able to get a direct train to Warrington until tomorrow. Do you not think it would be a good idea to inform your customers of such changes before they travel.

@AvantiWestCoast Which gets me back to WBQ an hour later than planned and had I wished to have travelled in standard class then I would have booked a seat there. I specifically chose a table for two in standard premium as I am recovering from knee surgery and need to stretch my leg out.
