@AskPS_UK Hello recently bought a PS5 before Xmas and when I have bought a game that has feed back on the trigger buttons R2 vibrates or buzzes where as the L2 has a different feel and no buzzing. I believe the R2 is faulty. I purchased the PS5 from Argos. Anything I can do??
@cdkeyscom_en bought myself and my nephew PS4 Network 12 Month passes only to be told by support they worked when sent and contact PlayStation now? They cannot of been used already as they were only sent to me but PSN saying they are invalid?
@TicketmasterCS hello we booked tickets for a concert tomorrow but have yet to receive tickets. A text you sent to say we could now download tickets had no link to download them. Pls help. Have receipt of payment
@UbisoftSupport Pic shows quest tracked in top left saying Travel to Werham but no quest marker in Werham and nobody to speak to there and no cut scenes
@UbisoftSupport playing Assassins Creed Valhalla on PS4 and the quest Kingdoms End will not load. Seems a common problem that’s yet to be fixed? How can I progress?
@UbisoftSupport I can see the quest description in my log but no icon is showing at Werham as it should. Also nothing starts when I walk around and try to interact. Basically the game is stuck?

@APCOvernight Worst service ever. After spending far too long speaking with your ‘help team’ I was then asked to contact another company myself as you sub contract the shipping out to them!! Maybe you should do the job I paid for?
