@TrentisSmoking @AmazonHelp Check if your Sengled bulbs are zigbee (written on bulb). Start another hub that runs Zigbee (I used Amazon Echo 4th gen). Reset lights (on/off 12 times) and ask hub to search or add devices. Echo found and setup all my Zigbee bulbs. Note, this doesn't work if they are WiFi only.

So happy most of my @SengledUSA bulbs were zigbee. Bought the new Echo 4th gen. (with hub) because of the recent mess and now have full control of all my ~50+ Sengled zigbee bulbs again!! (Not WiFi bulbs). Can dim, change color etc. super easy to migrate in the @AmazonAlexa app.

@AmazonHelp Thanks Shanta. I’m surprised Amazon isn’t screaming this from the rooftops. I didn’t know without doing a lot of research over days. Amazon should promote this as a workaround for the whole Sengled debacle. Especially folks like me who had hundreds of dollars invested in Sengled.

@kellybothwell @SengledUSA @amazon I had to buy the new Echo 4th generation w/hub. But now have full control of over 50+Sengled bulbs again. It cost yes, but saved me more than trashing all those bulbs. The WiFi bulbs won’t connect though. They are just regular bulbs now. But all my zigbee ones are back!

@RickySumne4461 @AmazonHelp And today, the Sengled app stopped working. So I currently have 48 Sengled bulbs (bought on Amazon specifically for Alexa) that I now use the light switch for and cannot control in any way. They are no longer a smart device and you're still selling them. Was say you @AmazonHelp ?
