Many ice creams in America will no longer melt because the ingredients have been changed, they are actually engineered to not melt. Modern ice creams have:

- Higher Levels of Stabilizers and Gums
- High percentages of Vegetable Oils and Fats instead of Dairy Fat
- More Air than standard ice cream, sometimes over 100%
- More sweeteners, maltodextrins and other solids adjust the freezing point

Many ice creams can’t even legally be called ice cream anymore in America

One of my neighbours was just about killed 2 days ago at 4:45 in the morning here in Ottawa.

Neighbour was driving his tractor ~1km to the dairy barn, and a transport driven by a "man from Brampton" slammed into him at full speed (posted limit 80, most people do 100 in that stretch). Neighbour has really good lights on his rig -- absolutely no reason you can't see him on the road, and at 4:45 in the morning here you have some pre-sunrise light coming up. Cops said the truck hadn't even tried to brake -- the speed data says the driver just rammed into my neighbour at full cruise speed. If my neighbour hadn't been hauling a trailer that took the brunt of the hit, he would 100% be dead right now.

I just happened to be outside at the time letting my dogs take a leak, and the sound was insane -- I'm almost 2kms from where the crash happened and it sounded like someone dropped a load of steel 2 doors over.

call your MP. Let them know. I know it doesn't seem like much. But if thousands of us are daily and weekly calling to report these kinds of things, and demanding action, there is a possibility that political parties will begin to feel the pressure to do something.

Driving North today to pick up my camping gear. I was just past Fawcet when a semi ( Habibi driver) going East, I was going West decided to pull out in front of me to pass traffic and get ahead of them. He was clocking at least 120. I had 5 car lengths to get out of the way.

If it wasn’t for the approach beside me to swerve into,I would not be here to post this. He would have killed me.

I sat for 20 minutes gathering myself. Thanking God for sparing me today.

Our Highways are death traps. Unvetted drivers from foreign countries. We need stricter laws to enforce towards these crooked Trucking Companies.

Our Government need to step up and protect us. This can t not continue.
