@CallofDuty My account was hacked and I was permanently banned. Support was zero help. Contacted Activision on the better business bureau and got a response and was told I would have resolution in 24 hours, that was 3 days ago now with no response. I am very upset .

@XboxSupport why are my downloads on xbox today moving at a snails pace? I'm getting less than a 1mbp speed. And this is with a 500mbp connection. And all other devices in my home are registering 500mbp on speed tests. Xbox speed test though not so much.
