In the early morning hours on September 5, this statue was stolen from the Clarion Woods neighborhood which is located near SW 37th St. and SW Fairlawn Rd.
Only portions of the statue have been recovered, and we need your help finding the person(s) responsible.

TPD is asking for the public's help in locating Jesse B. Lees, 33 of Topeka (pictured below). Lees is a suspect in the September 8 homicide on Briarwood Ln. If you see Lees, call 911 immediately. Do not attempt to apprehend him yourself.
