Senior managers, executives will be expected to be 'qualified' or working towards it. Housing staff to be equipped with the skills, knowledge, experience, behaviours.

@Kwajotweneboa So @luhc, seems there's not much difference between how local authority, & housing associations treat residents. They disregard peoples vulnerabilities, wellbeing & cultural needs.
Unless you shout the loudest, or are well connected - you're just a box to be ticked or fobbed off

I'm a built environment professional, and #resident of a social #landlord - @LQHomesMatter.
That I, find their #service extremely difficult, distressing, and despicable - because it's so inaccessible. Understatement. Lots of undermined, under resourced, and overwhelmed staff.
