@greateranglia Hi Sean - I saw them investigating at Stortford but missed my chance to speak to the driver. Sorry I was the 4th carriage from the front and the rear set of doors. Alighted l train at ESM. No recurrence of fault since cheshunt where the door did not unlock at all - no beep.
