I looked at her & I told her I wasn’t trying to be a handful but also when a total goes from a refund of $38 down to $24 without anything even being said, wouldn’t anyone be irritated that they would be shorted money. How is that OK???

Had such an unacceptable experience at .@bathbodyworks today.

I had 4 items I needed to return & had the receipt for. I went up to the cashier and let them know I just needed a refund. Nothing was wrong with the items and they were unopened.

She attempted to explain while fumbling over her words then she said she could give me the remaining total to the $38 on a merchandise credit & at that point I was so irritated I just said yes so I could move on.
