@Alan_Morrison67 Ok, how would the mechanics work on a substantial share issue when the current market cap is £185M, free float only ~£80M? Need to consider existing shareholder dilution as a significant barrier to a meaningful share issue.

@TheRyanMcGinlay It's a very illiquid share so even small purchases can move the price - that jump from £1.40 to £1.63 in the last 10 days involved trades that in aggregate were only 0.25% of available shares. I wouldn't read much into this, nothing has changed financially.
