So, the hospitality trade is mostly closed. Food exports to the EU are down by 63.6%. So why during January (Veganuary) were sales of Scotch Red Meat up 23%? Pretty conclusive proof that most of the catering trade don’t use Scotch red meat, but when the public eat at home they do
