in both pictures I was training 4x a week but what I wasn’t doing was calorie tracking (in a deficit) and focusing on my steps
left was 3 years ago. right was yesterday
the time is going to pass anyway, you might aswell try and achieve your goal
It’s ok to skip your workout today
It’s ok to enjoy that takeaway today
It’s ok to feel unmotivated today
It’s ok to gain weight today
It’s ok because you have tomorrow and the rest of your life to achieve your goals.
Today is just one day. Be kind to yourself…
