South Wales Police tried to bring in a blasphemy law by the back door, using the Government’s Islamophobia definition as cover.
The Home Office are now refusing to instruct all police forces NOT to use the definition to curb free speech.
This definition is dangerous. If nobody takes accountability for it, this will end badly.
This consultation from the Department for Culture, Media & Sport is incredibly manipulative.
The option to say “No, I don't agree with the proposal” simply isn't there.
Instead, you're only asked how government backed news should be promoted, not whether it should be promoted at all.
What's the point of a consultation if the most obvious answer isn't even an option?
A rigged survey isn't consultation. It's manufacturing consent.
🚨BREAKING: UK GOVERNMENT TO TAKE CONTROL OF YOUTUBE ALGORITHM
This is pure authoritarianism
Keir Starmer's/Andy Burnham's Government is set to control the YouTube algorithm by LAW stipulating that they must push "APPROVED CONTENT" to UK Citizens
And independent voices who criticise the government will be pushed to the back of the queue making it harder for people to find
YouTube has acknowledged this is happening
This must be stopped
No, no, no!!
You don't get to apologise for a poorly judged Tweet.
Its a serious criminal offence, now known to be a Cat 1A charge.
Straight to prison with you, NO BAIL, no mitigation!
I didn't make the rules! 🤷♀️
JUST IN: UK Government clarifies adults will still be able to use social media by verifying their identities with digital IDs, facial recognition, passports and credit cards.
“You are being kicked out because of your transphobic and homophobic beliefs, and the bar staff are uncomfortable.”
I am currently being kicked out, and the police are being called because members of the bar staff at UCL disagree with my views. I am only here because I attended a Henry Nowak vigil.
“You’re kicking me out because I’m being offensive.”
The police have now arrived, and I have been described as an Andrew Tate-like figure by the UCL staff member who removed me from the premises.
However, I intend to continue protesting. I don’t care.
🚨NEW: The Labour government has been accused of silencing political opponents after a Reform UK policy posted on TikTok by Zia Yusuf was taken down under the Online Safety Act
🚨NEW: All pubs in Westminster will be closed for the Unite The Kingdom march, with landlords saying there has been "significant pressure" from the Met Police

After finally reviewing the footage at Bristol, here’s an exclusive clip of two students grabbing me by the neck as I attempt to get my banner back from another student who stole it.
This event had hundreds of students debating me on abortion, and many began cheering as I was being physically assaulted by a group of students while, at the same time, another student was stealing my equipment.
There was only one police officer in attendance who, of course, had a rainbow lanyard on, and she refused to intervene. In fact, I am now being investigated for physical assault myself.
Of course, sorry for the disgusting clothes. This was just after a tub of curry was thrown at me by another student.
I’ll be writing to University of Bristol complaining about this assault, as this is getting absolutely ridiculous. Equipment from that day is still missing after students grabbed it during the incident.
