@IndiGo6E I was traveling from rpr-Dmm (Ksa) & flight was canceled i have been informed at airport that u can travel back domestic flight they will provide & for international flight i will get refund, almost 3 weeks passed & i am tired trying to reach customer care no response.

Noted. Your response. But the point I would like to highlight is new sponsor has cheated, he has taken money but not paid Govt. fee requires for transfer, & stop responding, hence I am stuck. I am abt to loose time & money i paid to for transfer.

Regarding your inquiry, after the approval of the transfer request on the Qiwa platform, the new employer must take action through the Ministry of Interior via the Absher or Muqeem platforms within 14 days for the transfer to be completed. If no action is taken within 14 days, the contract will end and will be canceled.
