@Mike_RMCF long called this out years ago and you guys were against him. United let start players leave and replaced them with wage cutting players, now the overall quality of the team is horrible. What do you expect when you replace Ronaldo with Weghorst or Pogba with Ugarte.
There are currently approximately 30 players earning more than 200k a week in the Prem. over 90% of them play for Arsenal, City and Liverpool. No club outside those 3 have won the league for 9 years. Makes United's wage cap of 200k interesting doesn't it.
your phone number is personal and sometimes you want to connect without handing it over. that's why we're introducing usernames for WhatsApp.
starting this week, you can reserve a username to use later this year when we launch the feature. It takes just a few seconds, make sure you have the latest version of WhatsApp and then go to Settings > Account > Username.
"YC takes 7%."
Cool. Keep your 100%.
Of nothing.
That 7% buys speed.
Buys pressure.
Buys a network.
Most founders never build alone.
You're not losing equity.
You're buying outcomes.
@nypost I agree that she is beautiful, but casting a Black woman to play a White woman in a foundational work of European literature is no more right than casting a White man to play Shaka Zulu!
YC named AI-native service companies as one of their 2026 bets.
We've been running this model for three years now.
ColdIQ: $7M+ ARR, 70 active clients, 30+ team across 10 countries. Bootstrapped.
Here's what's actually inside it:
The model: Services-as-software. Sell a service, but automate the delivery so deeply you scale like a software company. Software margins on agency-tier ticket prices. No years of programming. Just three workflows that compress what used to take a team.
The lever: Our GTM engineer used to top out at 4 active clients. Today the same role runs 13. Same person, same calibre of work, same retention. Cost per client stayed flat. Revenue per team member nearly tripled.
That's the entire game.
Workflow 1: The internal list builder. Built on Lovable over 9 months. The operator dictates an ICP query in plain language with WhisperFlow. The tool parses it, sets the filters, runs the search, and pushes the list directly into Clay for enrichment. Half a day in two UIs collapses to minutes. The full-time list-builder role becomes a few minutes of dictation.
Workflow 2: Sequence writing inside Clay. Twain integration. Campaign brief and persona sit as inputs. Every enriched lead in the Clay table flows in carrying its context. Twain reads the brief and writes a fully personalised three-step sequence per lead. The output sits in the same Clay table, ready for deployment. The 1-2 full-time copywriters every agency carries get replaced by an integration.
Workflow 3: Campaign deployment via Claude Code. Pure admin. We deleted the role. The operator gives one instruction. Claude Code calls the Instantly API, configures the campaign, maps the data, and reports back when it's live. Hours of admin per campaign collapses to one line.
Three workflows. Three full-time roles eliminated. One GTM engineer running 13 clients instead of 4.
That's what AI-native services looks like in production.
YC's RFS lists insurance brokerage, accounting, audit, compliance, healthcare administration. The model works in every one. And in 50 more they didn't list. Outbound, recruitment, paid media, customer support, ABM.
Every category has an outsourced services budget bigger than the software stack underneath, and every delivery layer compresses cleanly when you build the right three or four workflows.
Last night I had dinner with a semiconductor billionaire on his private resort.
we talked for hours.
I asked him, "I've made 8 figures in my 20s, when do you quit & do something else?"
He looked at me and said "you'll never quit if you love what you are do every single day."
