Le point de départ, c'est l'argument qui revient réguliérement que les mecs auraient du mal controler leurs émotions, par exemple conduisant à la violence en soir de matchs de foot.

This is getting absolutely ridiculous now. I have spoken with many other creators and it is not just me going through this.
One person at MarkScan is going around claiming to work for CrunchyRoll but they are based at a completely unrelated Indian company, striking and taking down channels on YouTube and Twitch.

Roughly 10 creators have been hit already and all have been streaming different stuff and none of it has violated Twitch's own policies, YouTubes or the law.
We know this for many reasons but one main one TWITCH AND YOUTUBE REMOVED THE STRIKES!

@TwitchUKI @TwitchUKI @Twitch WHAT THE F*** ARE YOU DOING TO HELP? You have let this person take down channels at will for the last week, fraudulently and have ignored every single creators emails but removed the strikes and allowed them to keep doing it? WHAT IS ACTUALLY GOING ON?!

I cannot stress how big this is. If this keeps happening I will stop doing all content related to anime.
But it might not stop there because the same company and person strikes channels for Taylor Swift related content.

This company, MarkScan needs to be blocked on these platforms. They are not directly affiliated with anyone they claim to be.
I just got striked AGAIN! someone else streamed a picture of an anime, no sound, and got striked for that!
So many smaller creators are reaching out to me to help and I can't even help because if Twitch doesn't block them and I can't get hold of them I can't even fully pursue it legally.

We are literally stuck.
So once again, it's up to you guys, no one is listening to us and this person is just destroying our lives.

Please spread this, help get it in front of as many eyes as possible.
This will destroy me and so many others if it doesn't stop.

We can't keep letting this automatic systems allow anyone to strike, takedown and remove channels without any human eyes ever looking at it.

I have #Tourettes. I have been known to infrequently tic the n-word. Have I used a racist slur? Yes, I have. Am I a racist? No, I'm not.

I tic the word "spastic". Have I used an ableist slur? Yes. Am I ableist? No. Heck, I'm #disabled myself.

Those words are ones I know, and I might tic any word I know, because it's in my vocabulary register. I tic "chicken" a lot. I tic "fax machine" a lot too. Those are also in my vocabulary register, so they come out.

The point I'm making is intent, which is one #JamieFoxx doesn't seem to get. I know it's awful and embarrassing for both me & those around me. But I cannot help it.

People laugh at me when I meow, or make clucking noises but #JamieFoxx and his cheerleaders are mistakenly casting intent onto the mix, and it's dangerous to those of us who are afflicted with Tourettes & vocal spasms. I've been threatened. I've been punched by people who didn't understand what it is, and Foxx spreading misinformation only means more danger to those like me.

Et quand tu ne sais à peine reconnaître les victimes, que tu dois appeler les personnes proches pour constater, que tu dois récupérer quelques membres enroulés encore dans leur vêtements sur la route, que tu vois une chaise pour enfant dans la voiture vide et que tu retrouves le gosse 200m plus loin..

Tu vois les choses différemment.

Ça s’est passé y’a bientôt 10 ans maintenant et ça je l’ai jamais oublié.

Vous ne comprenez juste pas ce que cette vidéo signifie, vous finirez mort ou condamné pour homicide, vous paierez toute votre vie et vous aurez le poids de la mort sur votre conscience.

je vous explique ce que moi j’ai pu voir en seulement une semaine, et des histoires comme ça j’en ai encore quelques unes.

Alors à tout ceux qui trouvent encore ça « cool » j’espère au moins qu’avoir lu ça et c’était pas un plaisir d’en parler, vous aura permis de prendre un minimum de conscience sur la réalité que ce genre d’actions implique.

You know I’m not one to be super vocal, but right now, Twitch is definitely not inspiring any confidence from its Partners and community after so many questionable and ridiculous decisions. And frankly, it’s scaring me.

The list goes on for the mistakes these past 2 years.
I think overall Twitch is in a position where we need to be more vocal the ever.
Not streaming to boycott is fine, but ineffective as some people will continue to stream since they’re unaffected, or some who can’t because they need to make ends meet, but being vocal, asking the questions, respectfully, especially to higher piers, not just Dan Clancy, of what is happening is a good way to go about trying to push for change. Especially with so much happening that has cause so many of us distress. Partners and creators, no matter the size, shouldn’t be scared to go to a convention or worry that Twitch doesn’t care for them and lies to them constantly. I don’t want to see a Platform go under due to negligence and incompetence and put hard working Creators who love what they do put their livelihood in jeopardy. @Twitch @TwitchSupport @djclancy999 Your creators and community want our voices heard and clarity, honesty and a clear goal for Twitch, our platform, and its future. 🙏

I'm pro-Vanessa who went into her confirmation appointment after YEARS of trying to conceive only to hear silence where there should be a heartbeat.

I'm pro-Lindsay who lost her virginity in her sophomore year with a broken condom and now has to choose whether to be a teenage mom or just a teenager.

You can argue and say that I'm pro-choice all you want, but the truth is:
I'm pro-life.
Their lives.
Women's lives.

You don't get to pick and choose which scenarios should be accepted.

Women's rights are meant to protect ALL women, regardless of their situation!
