Keenan is pursuing his Master's Degree in Criminal Justice from Bethel University as he works as an Alumni Coordinator with City Leadership/Choose901 to recruit, develop, and catalyze leaders in Memphis.

Yumiko is a long-time Memphian, but also grew up in Tokyo, Okinawa, and Los Angeles. She is a BI Solution Engineer at International Paper, driving the design, development, and delivery of Business Intelligence & Analytics projects.

Gabrielle serves as the Special Projects Manager for Communities in Schools of Memphis and provides support to schools committed to changing the trajectories of their students, families, and communities.

Kelli works for FedEx as an HR Strategic Advisor. She is a New Memphis Institute Embark graduate and a member of Idlewild Presbyterian Church. She enjoys finding new ways to give back to the community and is excited to serve on the MYPC.

For the past 19 years, Stephanie has worked in non-profit youth development, early childhood education, K-12 school administration, and post-secondary program development. She is currently enrolled in the New Memphis Fellows program.

Meet the Council – Henry Sanders, Jr.

Henry is a Project Manager III for Meyer Utilities. He has worked in project management for more than seven years and led several strategic projects in various industries, such as shipping and logistics to utilities and energy.
