Less than a week until our court date.

In just a few days, I’ll be driving 300+ miles to Austin, Texas—for the third time for the same hearing—leaving behind my husband, my babies, and my farm to stand up and fight. @realEstateTrent Just had a similar situation at a restaurant last yesterday. Their’s listed a new subtotal with a surcharge if paying by card. I ask if they also do this on debit card transactions which is illegal in the state of Ohio. Response was that they had no idea.
