@PandaOnABox@NlGHTMARE3TWO Good question... I'm curious too. I'm not very bothered about it from a personal standpoint because I made peace with the potential for things to go screwy before I joined up, but it does nag at me, though.
@PandaOnABox@NlGHTMARE3TWO That's what I'm struggling with at the moment as well. The asks and the mission are good, and the friends I've made are awesome, but the everything else is lacking at the moment... I hope things take a better turn.
@weaporize As a Glock guy I agree😂 It hurts. When I tried a Walther PDP I really liked the metal mags... gah!
What specifically about Glock mags do you hate?
We would like to add some clarification:
Ghost Dance is a formal corporate structure. From its inception it was always intended to be ran by teams made up of patch holding members. We have a board, and other leadership, as well as several teams.
People need to understand that our members put great trust in their organization, and this requires us to run everything in an official and legal manner. This is not some casual group of rag tag guys doing something cool. This is an enterprise designed to help generations. This is built for what comes after.
We take the privacy of our members extremely seriously. We do not authorize anyone to handle member PII other than designated parties, and anyone who agrees to be on our team is bound by our own corporate bylaws and internal policy. That is to protect you, as members. We also do not publicly release the identities of members on the teams. This is to prevent them becoming vectors of attack.
We exist to support Scalpers in need, period. We do this through the generous donations and contributions from Ghost Dance members. We provide scalpers in need with comms, med kits, and soft goods like load bearing equipment. We work tirelessly to accomplish this.
Patch operations begin with Ghost Dance members this month, and subsequently, radios will be going out with the new series of scalper patches thereafter, and med kits after that.
This is a long game. We are building something together that is meant to outlast any circumstantial woes over time. We do not stand by the actions of our founder, and we aim to prove, and are proving that the mission is not about one man.
For those who stand with us? Thank you.
For everyone else? We are here to help people, and the mission continues. And we hope you can understand that.
YAKOKE.
Everyone wants answers. Everyone wants to know how new leadership plans to address the failings of the prior leadership. Everyone wants to know about NDA’s.**
GHOST DANCE will be hosting a space this Sunday where we will talk about where the organization is and where we are going, and answer questions about the organization.
Stay tuned for more information.
** NDA’s are used to for people who come in contact with PII, it’s to protect personal information of members and prospective members.
Looks like the shop hand caught himself a double felony running from the cops on his sport bike. Can't say I'm surprised, but also what the hell, kid...
All hell has broken loose at Putin's Economic Forum after Steven Seagal has reportedly eaten several members of the Chinese delegation.
Here, hurriedly waddling from the scene of the crime.
@sseagalofficial
@doogie144@ShootBANISH Was next to a guy who had one of these on a 16" 5.56 at a class last weekend. It got beat by the SAW Tisha, but by only a little bit.
Screw it, I cannot hold my tongue any longer, actually my thoughts and fingers.
First, I am not “Patched”, I am just a friend and prospective member.
Second: So many people running, exiting and separating themselves from the Scalper organization over the actions of one. Yes the “one” was in a position of leadership, but from what I can tell, is no longer. Yes this is an organization of ideals, principles, and truths. Yes, it appears one of the leaders failed to meet their commitment to said principles. Do I know them personally, NO. Have I ever had an exchange with them, with the exception of some X interaction, NO, would I have a personal interaction with them tomorrow if they needed or asked me, YES. I will not drop a person without knowing more about them. Do I condone the actions this man is accused of, NO, but if this is a one off incident, the person is not doomed to isolation nor do I believe they should be “exiled”. I believe most people who make mistakes are redeemable. Those who make a lifestyle out of irredeemable behavior, can only be redeemed by one. I can make my own personal decisions, and at this time I am in no position pass judgment. Especially, I will not pass judgement on an entire organization for the actions of one. This organization, at least to me, appears to be comprised of individuals with a common purpose, goals, principles etc. Are they all suspect if they hold their opinions to themselves? Is the whole thing corrupt? IMO, NO. At this time I will continue to interact with members and prospectives. I will continue to do good, continue to live by principles, and continue to lead. What I will not do is condemn an entire organization over this.
Third:
I know this organization is not political, but I will say this. If I were to hold the entire organization responsible for the actions of one, I would never be able to vote in a local, state or federal election again. No institution is perfect, and no one walking this earth is either.
As a natty girl once informed me, you could cut these things up with scissors and cram four of them into a single standard issue canteen. Add water, screw on the top and you've created a military version of "the Works bomb."
He said it made dudes duck TWO ridgelines over
