@TesfaB5@ERMasonYC@OaklandsB21@Freddieboy89 Young youth workers …. Love that idea!! More gyms, anyway to fundraise for the community outdoor gym equipment you see in parks x
@CathyMarksKrpan 2/2 if her answer is wrong. In yr6 a boy was sat next to her and constantly told her she was wrong and knocked her confidence. Fast forward 3 years and it’s still an issue - she’s a only child who’s never had to fight for attention or competition and she won’t start now! X
@CathyMarksKrpan My daughter never raises her hand and it gets mentioned in every parents eveninf with every subject teacher that she is very quiet and reluctant to join in. She gets top marks is in top sets so she obviously doesn’t sit twiddling her thumbs she just doesn’t want to look silly 1/2
@mothersforsons@accccxxx Prison clearance forms ask if you know anyone in prison or has been to prison. I’m sure if she visits her husband this would show up too on the clearance checks (if uk based anyway) x
@antzjourney Approach local radios see if they’ll offer a behind the scenes experience day for young people (as raffle prizes or as opportunities to get young people off the streets), even if the app is long it’s worth it if successful in the end. 😃
@antzjourney 3/ anti social behaviour , let the businesses know what your service is about and what your hoping to achieve I am sure they’ll be more than happy to help! X
@antzjourney Ah what a shame! They have different criterias. Have a look at your local authorities grants section on their website. Also Tesco Asda Morrisons do grants and community fundraising. Sponsored bag packs at local supermarkets. In terms of raffle prizes just walk into businesses
@antzjourney 2/ and ask - worst they can say is no. Most businesses can write off a raffle prize through their tax etc so most companies won’t mind! Target shops that have something to do with children, music, sports, arts, society, fashion, local businesses that can be affected by crime and
