@EE Your agents are going door-to-door misleading people about tariffs. Today, I woke up to £753 taken from my bank because you failed to cancel my service on time, despite my six calls. Now, I’m being told I must wait 5 days or 72hrs for a manager to call me back. What a joke!

@EE You say this but I was told it takes 72hrs for a manager to get back to me is that not the case? because if so then the operator was lying to me and did not wish to put me through to a manager. Even asking for my case to be reviewed due to everything I have experienced.

@EE I have had a terrible experience with EE and would not recommend you to anyone. Rude customer service no manger call backs mis sold policy and taken money out my account twice totalling to nearly a £1000 is this the way you treat customers.

@EE It’s Friday a manager will not be calling until Mon why should I have to wait when this was an error on your part. Not to mention your operator put the phone down on me. Second time I have requested a manger call first time they didn’t even have the decency to call me.

I had a convo with a school friend recently, & it struck me that it's perfectly acceptable not to have had a conventional upbringing or life. Sometimes, all it takes is hearing it from someone else to recognise you've truly done your best despite the challenges you've faced.

Took this week off to relax and unwind but seeing what’s going on I haven’t been able to relax at all. I wanted to do a staycation with the kids but if I’m honest I’m to nervous to take them anywhere 🙁🙁🙁

Within the exploitation field, some of the complexities professionals need to understand is how quickly a young person and their familys world can come crashing down. 1 minute everything is good the next their on a tier 1 move and need to leave everything they have ever known.
