@GlosRoads Might need to remind haulage companies about the B4234 road closure. B&M truck went through all the signs and has just had to reverse the 3/4 mile back into Whitecroft!
@AmazonHelp Just had an email that it's now arriving tomorrow, but this is the second order in a week that was despatched but didn't go out for delivery. Tomorrow is ok for this order, but the last one (an expensive item) had to be cancelled due to the failure to deliver on day requested. Ta
This is the second Amazon order in a week which doesn't seem to be coming on the day it's supposed to. Despatched last night but not out for delivery yet. Prime membership only renewed 10days ago so not off to a great start. So frustrating!
@AmazonUK You might want to give your drivers guidance (and probably allow time into their delivery schedule) on what to do if they need a pee. Parking outside houses and relieving themselves on private property (facing a fence, but still caught on camera) is not acceptable.
@GlosRoads You may need to review the signage on the Whitecroft side of the closure. Lots of vehicles having to turn, including lorries who can currently use the factory gates for extra turning area, but these will likely be closed overnight. Thanks
@Ukpatriot100 @BigBearF1@DFS@scssofas We are about 45 minutes from the store and havent been able to go there yet, but will be making a special trip if nothing happens this week. Life is busy enough without adding this to the endless list of things to do
@Ukpatriot100 @BigBearF1@DFS@scssofas I understand businesses may have some transition niggles, but this is a total mess with non existent customer service and total lack of communication. It's not difficult to be proactive and contact individuals with overdue orders to explain the situation and options.

Wondering on Friday if we can write to cancel the order & demand our deposit back. Might go sit in the shop until they do ....maybe save potential customers from the same hassle
@scssofas I guess the social media/mktg team are either in hiding or made redundant. Given the total lack of response on here & customer service failure via phone, wouldn't surprise me if we hear of SCS in liquidation any day now. At least we'd then know the sofa is never coming
@scssofas Does your online tracker ever work? Delivery was expected by 22nd Nov. Instore sales person said it could be earlier, no mention of your small print that it could be 4 weeks later! No idea if the order has even been processed without the tracker.

Finally got to the front of the queue and booked all of our weekly deliveries in December. Must remember to switch out whiskey and champagne for actual food! #Tesco
