@kiwicom247 It has now been more than 6 months since booking this trip. I am absolutely horrified by the service from Kiwi. I am expecting a full refund for my cancelled trip to Marrakech due to covid. It can’t take this long to receive a refund from the airline. Can you update me urgently.

@kiwicom247 I can’t understand the issue/delay? We contacted the individual airlines who both say that they’ve already issued refunds/vouchers for the flights that didn’t go ahead. So clearly the fault lies with Kiwi. Please explain.
@kiwicom247 I have been waiting since November last year to get a refund/credit for my flights to Marrakech. It has been more than 90 days - it’s completely unacceptable. Please sort it out. I have DM’d before you ask.
