@Local12 @DavidWinterTV Anyone who thinks requiring 8 year olds to pass the state test to move to 4th grade needs to see the test. It is a very difficult test. The test is also very unfair to underprivileged kids and ESL kids. There are better ways to ensure kids know how to read!
