#DRC Minister of Communications Patrick Muyaya Katembwe has had the audacity to criticize the presidential election campaign in #Rwanda as lacking real competition. However, one wonders what stiff competition actually guarantees to citizens after elections. This picture of a severe lack of water for families in the DRC should not exist if competition truly impacted lives. @PatrickMuyaya

Initial reports talk about new inclusions of Red Tabara or another theatrical attack orchestrated by Burundian army to justify their animosity —one must remember that Tshisekedi & DRC minister of foreign affairs have publicly reported that Burundi is in dialogues with Red Tabara so that they can be repatriated .
