Ok why did the teachers take so long to appear? Why are they being segregated in a room and the other girls allowed to walk around free?! How did they get the code for the door? That teacher weren’t phased by the racist remark that one of those girls made..says alot about them

Last night my @boltapp driver picked me up and almost half way through my journey he fell asleep at the wheel numerous times, at one point we drifted to the other side of the road and stopped on a roundabout because he couldn’t keep his eyes open! Never been so scared for my life

..I messaged support and was basically told “sorry for your experience, will speak with the driver, hope you use us again!” And after informing them that this response wasn’t good enough as I got out the cab in tears they said “we’ve refunded £4 to your bolt account”

@TfL Hi I tried calling your customer service number regarding an incident with one of your bus drivers and the lines are closed, is there another number for this type of thing or do I have to wait until Monday to report it?

Just cos he isn’t homeless sitting on the street doesn’t mean you can assume and tell people how they would react.
