Pakistan is a country not a private limited company that will collapse overnight. [since the answer requires an explanation, I will try to be brief and obviously that will raise more questions]

If you mean terrorism, statistically Pakistan is facing lesser human losses in ratio to the attacks if we take the year 2009 as the base for the most attacks in a year where we had approx 2800 attacks leading to 2733 deaths. In the first 6 months of 2026, Pakistan has faced 2140 attacks with less that 800 deaths, majority of them law enforcement. If the trend continues Pakistan would have faced the largest number of attacks in the last 26 years [including the period of War on Terror] but the losses are only 1/3 of what they used to be. This analysis can be interpreted in multiple ways, but two most important outcomes for your question, firstly the system built to protect the country is working and secondly it’s the security architecture itself that is under attack.
The patterns however; have changed since 2009 and Pakistan’s economic infrastructure is under attack along with the system built to protect it. Thats what the data points towards.
The problem, however, is that political discontent is increasingly overlapping with national security concerns. Pakistan will need to address its internal political challenges if it hopes to effectively counter terrorism, as the convergence of the two is creating a structural vulnerability.

Much of what you see online is a mix of information operations by states, media campaigns, algorithm driven amplification, and genuine accounts from people documenting happening around them, especially those living in conflict ridden areas.
These perspectives are real, but they often reflect localised experiences rather than the condition of the entire country.
Equating continuous attacks with imminent state collapse is analytically unsound.
States are far more resilient than the daily churn of social media suggests.
The question then is, is Pakistan effectively addressing the structural challenges that continue to test its resilience?Those are two very different questions, and confusing one for the other leads to poor analysis.

I welcome the Chief Minister’s @SohailAfridiISF decision to attend the NFC meeting on 4 December and see it as a positive step towards securing Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s fair share of national resources. At the same time, the people of KP expect their Chief Minister to devote his primary energies to governance, public service delivery and addressing their pressing problems on the ground. Our constitutional framework does not permit a prolonged vacuum in effective governance at the provincial level, therefore I sincerely hope that, alongside his engagement at the federal forum, the Chief Minister will now demonstrate a stronger and sustained focus on the day-to-day affairs and welfare of the province.

ھاں یہ ضرور سنا پڑھا ھو گا۔ مجھے دیسی مرغی کھانے کونہیں ملتی۔ قید میں تنہائی ھے، ورزش کا سامان نہیں، ٹریڈمل میسر نہیں۔ فلاں سے ملاقات نہیں ھو رہی، سیاسی ورکروں سے ملاقات نہیں، بیگم سے ملاقات نہیں۔ فلاں کے ساتھ یہ ھو رہا ھے اور فلاں کے ساتھ وہ ھو رہا ھے۔ چھوٹی باتیں نہ کیا کرو لوگوں کو تیری اوقات پتہ لگ جاتی ھے۔

چلو یہ ساری باتیں کر لو لیکن کبھی کبھی ملک و ملت کے مسائل پہ تھوڑی بات کرلو، قوم اور ھم وطنوں کی خوشیوں اورغم شریک ھو جایا کرو۔ امت مسلمہ کے لیڈر ھونے کا دعویٰ ھے فلسطین میں ظلم پہ اپنے سابق سسرالیوں کی مذمت کر دو۔ سیلاب کی تباہیوں پہ دکھ اظہار کر دو۔ وطن پہ قربان ھو نے والے شہیدوں کے لئے دعائیہ کلمات ھی کہہ دو۔
اگر کوئی قائدانہ کوالٹی ھے تو اسکا اظہار کر چولاں نہ ماریا کر۔
