Delhi-HK flight cancelled for 21st August. How M I suppose to use Mum-Del domestic flight. Customer care refused REFUND citing different PNR. Please look into the matter urgently

Many families with small kids have to travel a day before to Delhi with covid test certificates, hotel reservations for quarantine and many more... it will be devastating news in case they are told after reaching Delhi that they can’t fly to HK. So please let everyone know EARLY

When contacing AI for status, theyre also confused. Very unprofessional🤦🏻‍♀️😒

Pls confirm status of AI314 Del-HKG dep. 21st August. Its been over 24 hrs since HK Govt. announced cancellation but AI have not yet cnfirmd the same. We also need 2 get tests done. Hope u won't announce the cancellation last minute,creating more trouble 4 passengers
