Instead the new 1 Oct guarantee, like the old caps, limits
- Daily charge (28p gas, 46p elec)
- & Unit rates (10p/kWh gas, 34p/kWh elec)

So use more, pay more. £2,500 is just what someone with avg use'd pay

Got WM frm @ao was faulty,leaked into my new kitchen,thy replaced it,it happened again! Said,it’s not in stock you’ll have to wait a month,use a launderette & its not our fault,write to @HisenseUK .Asked for an equivalent at £110 cost to them,said no,doesn’t feel it’s justified!

I don’t quite know what you feel is justified @ao but if two faulty washing machines causing damage to my new kitchen, hours spent on the phone, waiting for two engenders to come out to check, then it’s out of stock, is not justified please tell me what is?? I’m waiting…

Always thought @AO were ok but we have had 2 washing machines off them that are broken, they are telling us we have to wait a month for new stock and won’t help us in anyway. “Go to the launderette in the meantime” the manager said. Absolute disgrace! Customer service is pathetic
