This evening we assisted Kempton Fire Dept on a combine fire. Grass 362 and Tankers 361 and 362 responded.

Early this morning, Sheridan Fire was dispatched to assist Kempton Fire Rescue on a residential fire. We provided tanker support and manpower. In rural areas that are without a municipal water supply, tankers are used to bring water to the scene to extinguish the fire. #MutualAid

8:04 AM #IFD Firefighters used a combination of water & Cold Fire (cooling agent) foam to extinguish a 3,000 gal diesel fuel tanker fire on I465 SB. The driver of the truck, unharmed, told firefighters that he believes the drive shaft came loose and punched a hole in the tank.
