The Cass County Sheriff’s Office has a current opening for the position of 911 Operator. We offer insurance, paid vacations, holidays, and sick time. Applicants must possess a HS diploma/GED and a valid Nebraska driver’s license.
Successful applicants must be a minimum of 19 years old and will be subject to an intense background investigation, typing test, polygraph, hearing test, and drug screen. This position requires shift work that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
I-80 and Hwy 66 travelers take note!
The Leprechaun 10K is being run in the Mahoney State Park and SAC Museum area today. We expect a few thousand cars to be traveling through this interchange from Omaha and Lincoln.
If you are traveling in this area from now until 7pm please be aware and patient with the higher volume of traffic.
We have Deputies assigned to the interchange to help keep traffic flowing, please keep an eye out for them and follow their direction!
