Once again, Kingston’s Air Quality Health Index is at 11 or higher (chart doesn’t go higher).
By another measure, the Air Quality Index, Kingston currently has North America’s worst air quality, at a “Hazardous” level of 465 as of 8am.

2nd semester in and life is far from what I hoped. Not the best start to this journey. But that’s just it - it’s a journey, and I know (one day) things will get back to ‘normal’ and I will end up stronger for it. Until then, I’ll just have to work on channeling my inner Rafiki.
