Very ashamed this was rewritten! There may be issues asking for resignation, but an apology should be required! She just needs to pack her office & leave now! She’s a waste of tax money! Bye Lina! 👋 @LinaHidalgoTX@RodneyEllis@LesleyBrionesTX
She was accidentally elected and fraudulently reelected.
She has shown herself time and time again to be a petulant pissant, a quantifiable embarrassment to the good people of Harris County and the state of Texas.

I pray that someone close to her convinces her to resign and leave the rest of her term to an Interim seatholder.
In a new letter issued by Hidalgo, she said the incident left her feeling unsafe and unempowered as a woman —
“I wonder, if I had been a male county executive, would they have reacted the same way?" #houstonpublicmedia
"I have never felt so unempowered as a woman as I did yesterday."
Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo is calling out HLSR leadership after an incident Tuesday night involving the family of a fallen service member. From allegations of physical shoving to questions of "good ol' boys" culture, the letter highlights a major rift between the county and one of Houston’s most iconic events.
