UPDATE: Political analyst Gabriel Oguda is currently being held at the Kajiado ODPP office - according to his brother Zachary who reports that he located him at a holding area near the Kajiado County Assembly. It is suspected that they are intentionally holding Oguda there to avoid arraigning him as courts in Kajiado are conspicuously not sitting today due to all judges and judicial officers attending a workshop at Amboseli.
