Humanity in Action at Marol Naka Metro Station

At around 07:20 pm today, a young woman stood near a retail outlet - eyes lost, heart heavy. New to Mumbai. Alone. No money to reach Kandivali.

Shift Supervisor Salman noticed what others didn’t: a silent cry for help.

He didn’t walk past.
He paused. He listened. He acted.

He called her contact in Kandivali. Verified every detail. Escalated the situation to his seniors. Minutes later, a ticket was issued for D.N. Nagar.

She wasn’t just given a ticket - She was given a way forward.

That’s what Mumbai Metro One stands for.

Kudos to SSP Salman - not just for doing his duty, but for doing it with heart.
