Case of one sided/ favourable behavior by Banaswadi police station @banasawadips .

An accident involving a Car (Renault Duster : KA 44 M 4878) and Two wheeler driven by a Delivery Exexutive (TVS Ntorc KA 03 KG 4654). No one was injured thankfully.

The person driving the car was DRUNK.

The car came hit the scooter, verbal arguments turned into assault from both sides. The car guy in a drunk state threatens to harm the delivery executive

Both parties taken to Banaswadi police station for compromise, but asked to come 3 hours later. Mobile phone of delivery executive and friend siezed.

3 hrs later : Police says no compromise. need to do Mahajar. Delivery executive and his friend subjected to alchohol test and not the car driver. The delivery guy and friend are being forcefully made to sit inside the police station without giving clarity on complaint, FIR. The car guy is no where to be found and is only operating through calls. person handling this from the police station is Sub-inspector Rangappa

Influence of the rich is clearly visible

1. why is the alcohol test of car driver not done?
2. What changed in 3 hours gap that situtaion went from compromise to no compromise and detention of the delivery executive and friend.

Hello @SPHassan2 , Ms. Sujeetha mam, 10 drunk hooligans from Dasarighatta village, came to Akshayakalpa plant, Kodihalli village, Channarayapatna tk, Hassan Dt. & assaulted the security, entered the plant and assaulted a few employees. When we reached out to Nuggihalli police station, there was no response.

Request to take the complaint immeidately and help with FIR. request a collective responsibility to protect the people in the plant premises
