@VeryHelpers I have arranged for a collection for 1 item 3 times and have emails confirming this. I waited in on each of those days a no one arrived to collect the item. I have also arrange collection for another item today and fully expect the exact same outcome.

@verynetwork do not order with this company. Received a very worn pair of boots, appalling. Customer service poor, 1hr on the phone to be told I had to send back & could take 14 days for my money back. This is my daughter’s birthday present on Fri. Now out of stock. So upset
