@Aramex The order has still not been picked up. Not only does my refund window close down today, I am also getting fined due to a parcel kept outside the apartment since 5 days.

@Aramex The package has still not been picked up! Which “office” was found closed? This has to be picked up from my place. I have shared the address in the last 3 emails so that there is no confusion. I haven’t received any call/email regarding the pickup!
@AdidasIndia I have been following up on the refund pertaining to order AIN00999990 which was picked up, but the refund was never processed. It has been almost 2 years, your CS team has failed to resolve my problem. Sincere request to please resolve this issue at the earliest.
