A few years back a senior guide from a well known Tiger Reserve made a statement while having a usual late evening conversation which till date rings in my ears. He said “sirji, app log wildlife promote nahi karenge to log yahan aayenge nahi. Log nahi aayenge to gaav tarakki nahi karega. Safari bandh kar diya to gaav wale hi tiger ko marenge aur bechenge..”

We residents of Shantinagar Colony have filed numerous complaints to GHMC and civic authorities but to no avail.

Tax paying citizens having to wake up to this sight in front of their building due to constant inaction by authorities.

@KiranKS How many of us believe the government masked stats? We've all suffered in the second wave, we know the warning bells- pleas for hospital beds, increased positivity rates in diagnostic labs etc, constant ambulance sirens is the norm since last 1 week in Hyderabad.
