आज भारत में अपराध बन चुका है।

बरेली में मैथ टीचर विवेक जोहरी ने बस इतना कहा,
“मोबाइल रखो, पढ़ाई करो।” इनाम मिला POCSO केस।

⏳ 8 साल जेल, मुकदमा, अपमान। तब जाकर बरी हुए। लेकिन ज़िंदगी के 8 साल कौन लौटाएगा? ⚖️

तीन बच्चियाँ, एक आरोप। माता-पिता ने जाँच नहीं की,
पुलिस ने सवाल नहीं किए, समाज ने फैसला सुना दिया
“कुछ तो किया होगा।”

👉 यही है हमारी मेंटैलिटी।
प्रयागराज में विष्णु तिवारी, POCSO + SC/ST + बलात्कार।
⛓️ 20 साल जेल, फिर सबूत के अभाव में बरी।
पूरा केस झूठा।

लेकिन झूठ बोलने वालों को क्या सज़ा?
कुछ भी नहीं‼️

आज रोज़ की हेडलाइन👇
फर्जी SC/ST केस, फर्जी POCSO, फर्जी बलात्कार
फर्जी दहेज, फर्जी घरेलू हिंसा
📊 नतीजा?
भारत में महिलाओं से ज़्यादा पुरुष आत्महत्या कर रहे हैं।

📍 बुलंदशहर केस
पहले दोस्ती, फोटो-वीडियो। फिर iPhone, फिर पैसे।
अब धमकी—
💬 “1 लाख दो, नहीं तो केस।”
नाम है 👉 हनी-ट्रैप & एक्सटॉर्शन 🐝

❓ सवाल सीधा है—
अगर आरोपी झूठा निकले तो शिकायतकर्ता पर कार्रवाई क्यों नहीं?

कोर्ट बरी कर देता है, लेकिन झूठ बोलने वाला
हीरो बनकर निकल जाता है।

👉 समाधान कोई रॉकेट साइंस नहीं👇
✔️ झूठी शिकायत = जघन्य अपराध
✔️ झूठी जाँच = कड़ी सज़ा
✔️ झूठी गवाही = 10–20 साल
✔️ झूठे दस्तावेज़ = गैर-ज़मानती अपराध

अगर POCSO में 20 साल की सज़ा है, तो झूठा POCSO केस करने वाले को भी 20 साल। बराबरी यहीं से शुरू होगी।

⚖️ साफ़ बात
मैं कानून के खिलाफ नहीं हूँ, मैं कानून के दुरुपयोग के खिलाफ हूँ।

📌 FIR के साथ अंडरटेकिंग हो
“मेरी शिकायत सच है, झूठी निकली तो सज़ा मंज़ूर।”

📌 जाँच अधिकारी भी जवाबदेह हो।

जिस दिन झूठ डरने लगेगा, उस दिन न्याय तेज़ होगा,
मुकदमे कम होंगे और विवेक जोहरी जैसे लोग टूटने से बचेंगे। 🙏

विवेक जोहरी बरी हो गए, लेकिन
❓ झूठ बोलने वाली लड़कियाँ?
❓ झूठा केस कराने वाले माता-पिता?
❓ झूठी गवाही देने वाले?

👉 यही असली सवाल है।
👉 यही न्याय की असली परीक्षा। ⚖️

VIDEO | Jammu and Kashmir: Hundreds of female VDG (Village Defence Guards) members who took to guns to join the fight against terrorism in hilly Doda, Kishtwar and Ramban districts since early nineties have proved their mettle and emerged as a reliable force to counter the insurgency and protect their respective villages in absence of their male counterparts.

"Particularly in hilly Chinab region or to be more precise in Doda district, during harsh winters male members of the family go to other states like Uttarakhand, Delhi and Mumbai to earn their livelihood. Several villages remain without any male members barring a few elderly during this period making these areas vulnerable to the activities of anti national elements," said Superintendent of Police
Bhaderwah, Vinod Sharma.

"To secure these villages from the terrorist activities, Jammu and Kashmir Police has taken the initiative to train the females as VDG members, who are as concerned for security and sovereignty of the country as their male counter parts," he added saying, "We teach them the tactics and strategies to fight the terrorists and they have proved themselves and we have got best results so far from these brave women."
