@AmericanAir let’s see how long it takes until I get a response from an actual person. Missed wedding, 13+ hour delay, forfeited hotel reservations. Can’t forget the best part, they sent us to a hotel that was completely sold out. It’s been over 3 weeks and 0 effort made by AA.
@AmericanAir for a company that prides itself on customer service, let me confirm that this has been regretfully awful. From now on we will be booking on @Delta@JetBlue or @united to ensure an actual response from a customer service representative.
@AmericanAir after our final delay, my husband missed the best man speech and ceremony of his childhood best friend. Not only were we out financially from a pre paid hotel, we missed one of the most important moments of our friends lives.
@AmericanAir in case you don’t remember my previous tweets, let me remind you how after countless delays including a 12 hour + one, you sent us to a hotel that was completely booked.
@AmericanAir I am so beyond frustrated and disappointed by this experience. Beyond the monetary element of this extremely expensive trip, we missed such an important moment for one of our closest friends. How can this wrong be made right?
(4/4) @AmericanAir naturally, it’s impossible to talk to anyone on the phone to be refunded for this horrific experience. They gave us an automatic 10k points to our account which can’t even get me through security at any airport never mind come close to the cost of our trip.
(3/4) @AmericanAir by this point, it’s 3am and we’re in the lobby of a sold out hotel, only to be hung up on 3x by the customer service representatives that we waited for hours on hold for since the flight cancellation. #CustomerServiceFail
(2/4) @AmericanAir We also lost a non-refundable hotel night at the wedding destination. After our flight was delayed (for the fourth time that night) we were sent to a hotel that was completely sold out and had to sleep on the floor at the airport. How is this acceptable?
